BVB trio threatened compulsory break against Inter Milan

For football Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund is on Wednesday (21 clock) in the Champions League, the duel with Inter Milan on the program. For the guest appearance in the Italian metropolis, however, the BVB must compete with weakened replacement.

According to information from the "Bild" attacker Paco Alcácer is definitely out for the match in the premier class. The Spaniard is suffering from irritation of the Achilles tendon and had already on Saturday in the Bundesliga against Borussia Mönchengladbach (1: 0) pause.


Also offensive player Mario Götze could possibly fail again. The world champion of 2014 missed the latest Bundesliga game because of a flu infection. Whether he will recover in time, is not yet foreseeable.

Borussia's youngest problem child is goalkeeper Roman Bürki. The Swiss had suffered a Kapselzerrung in the left knee, but the use was "not excluded," said the BVB on Sunday.

Bürki had been replaced in the top match against the leader in the 71th minute by Marwin Hitz.

"I hope it's not that bad, it was a one-half bout with Breel [Embolo Anm.d.Red.]we were knee to knee, and then I was really in pain and I tried to keep playing," said Bürki: "When I ran out at the corner in the second half, I felt complete instability and I knew I had to get out."
